Cancel and Lockout Policy
In our efforts to provide
consistent service we are striving to have consistent teams come out to each
and every home. This will create more thorough cleanings and clear expectations
since each team will be familiar with their clients. In order to accomplish
this, late schedule changes causes them to lose a good chunk of the day and we
are unable to move houses around to accommodate the team. This would be a
disservice to the other clients that are moved.
What if I need to skip or reschedule a cleaning?
If you should need to reschedule your initial, moving day or one
time cleaning appointment, please call our office not later than 72 hours
prior to your cleaning (no later than 9am three business days prior to your
scheduled visit).
If you are a regular client needing to reschedule your regular service cleaning, please call our office not later than 9 A.M. the business day prior to your cleaning. We are not open over the weekend. Monday clients – please call by 9 A.M. on Friday. Keep in mind that the next regular visit after may take longer to catch up on details, since it will be longer between cleanings. It is not a foregone conclusion that we will need time but we will review to see if the team needed more time and charge accordingly.
What if I forget to skip the
cleaning and you aren’t able to enter my home on the day of the cleaning?
If you should need to reschedule
your hourly initial, moving day or one time cleaning
appointment, please call our office not later than 72 hours prior to
your cleaning (no later than 9am three business days prior to your scheduled
visit). If we receive less than this minimum 3 day notice, or if we should
arrive at your home on the scheduled day and be unable to enter due to an armed
alarm system (if we have no code), a locked deadbolt, a protective pet, denial
of service or no check left for team (unless credit card arrangements have been
made) you will be charged for the minimum we had allotted for your home
($240-$300).
For regular service cleanings, if
we receive less than the above minimum notice, or if we should arrive at your
home on the scheduled day and be unable to enter due to an armed alarm system
(if we have no code), a locked door (if we have no key), a protective pet, or
denial of service for any reason, you will be charged for a lock out charge of
a minimum of $75. The full price of the cleaning will be charged on any following occurrence. In order to remind you of your cleaning schedule, we will send you
a 12-month calendar. We do not over-book our schedule because we believe every
client deserves a reliable, high quality service. As a result, we require
notification prior to us putting the schedule together the day before your
cleaning.
